I hereby certify that my child is physically and emotionally capable in participating in this language program. I hereby release, absolve, indemnify and hold harmless Hola La and any employee or volunteer of any accident or injury that may occur as a result of this extra-curricular activity.I give Hola La permission to use any photographs taken of my child in class for web site and promotional purposes.

Payment/refund policy: I understand that tuition must be paid IN FULL for my child to participate in class. All deposits are non-refundable. A partial refund of tuition may be given if you are not satisfied for any reason, but not after your child has completed two classes.

2nd child: 50% discount
3rd+ child: Free!
Parents/Caregivers/Grandparents: Free!

Take-home Materials:

At the start of each session, families will receive a folder of song lyrics, phrases, vocabulary and expressions used throughout each particular session. All materials are provided in English and Spanish.
